The property is less than 1 km from the ADO International Bus Station and an 11-minute walk from the Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, making island trips to Cozumel easy. Dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops on 5th Avenue are around the corner, and all major clubs are within a three-minute walk. Despite the lively surroundings, apartments facing the ocean remain quiet, and the central location means little need for a car or taxi. Cozumel International Airport is 35 km away; Cancun Airport is about 50 km north.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool open all year from 10:00 to 20:00, plus a rooftop pool with sea views. The beach is a few paces away, providing direct access for swimming and sunbathing. Off-site water activities such as diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, and fishing are available at an additional charge, and a golf course is within 3 km. The beach area may have seaweed at times during certain seasons, but the swimming pools offer an alternative for swimming. Babysitting services can be arranged for families.

There is no restaurant on the property. Each apartment comes with a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, cookware, coffee maker) allowing for convenient self-catering, and grocery deliveries can be arranged. Restaurants are within 2-3 minutes' walk, including Blue Lobster, Blue Parrot, Plank Gourmet Grill & Patio Bar, and Zenzi Beach Bar. Numbered streets around 5th Avenue offer a wide variety of cuisines. Guests who prefer breakfast included with their stay should check individual room options before booking, as availability varies.
