Saint Germain Residence is located in the historic Latin Quarter, adjacent to Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Seine River. Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame station (RER B and metro) is a few minutes on foot, providing direct rail access to Charles de Gaulle Airport and central Paris. The apartment is on a quiet side street with minimal traffic noise, yet within a 5-minute walk of Boulevard Saint-Germain's shops and dozens of restaurants, boulangeries, and cafés. The area is car-free practical; no on-site parking, but public paid parking is available nearby.

All apartments feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, and city or courtyard views. Each unit includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. One-bedroom apartments (approx. 50 m2) have a lounge area, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a sofa bed; some have a private terrace. Two-bedroom apartments sleep up to 6 guests with two double beds and a double sofa bed. Duplex apartments (on the 4th floor) have a spiral staircase, two bedrooms, a living area, and a rooftop patio with partial Notre-Dame views. The interior is freshly renovated with modern fixtures, parquet flooring, and high-quality materials throughout.

There is no breakfast service or restaurant at Saint Germain Residence. Each apartment includes a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and kitchenware, ideal for self-catering. Within a 3-minute walk, guests find boulangeries for fresh bread and pastries, a grocery store, and a renowned coffee shop.
