DUBLIN AIRPORT HOMESTAY, Dublin

Located 2 km from Dublin Airport, the homestay is a practical choice for overnight stays between flights. The journey to the airport takes about 10-15 minutes by car or private transfer (€25 each way). A bus stop is within walking distance, making city-centre access possible but time-consuming - about 45 minutes. A shopping centre with a range of food options is a 10-minute walk away. For those driving, the property connects directly to main highways. The neighbourhood is quiet but residential; arriving in the dark requires careful attention to signage and lighting. Guests without a car should note that the nearest major road crossing can be busy.

The property offers recently renovated double rooms, all on the ground floor. Rooms are equipped with a work desk, wardrobe, tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, a seating area, and free WiFi. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with a bath and shower; others share a bathroom (toilet and shower in a single room) with other guests. The kitchen facilities are accessible from certain rooms, including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. The property is a converted house with four bedrooms; soundproofing between rooms is minimal, and noise from common areas or adjacent rooms can carry. Rooms with a private bathroom provide more privacy, while shared-bathroom rooms have a more hostel-like feel.

Free WiFi is available throughout. Free on-site private parking is provided but cannot be reserved; cars left after check-out incur a €10/day charge. A paid airport shuttle is available (€25 each way, 10-15 minutes), operating 09:00-21:00 on weekdays; out-of-hours transfers must be arranged in advance. Express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and invoice provision are available. Cleaning services (daily housekeeping, dry cleaning, ironing service, laundry) are available for an additional charge. A washing machine is on site. No luggage storage room is available. Security includes CCTV in common areas and outside, key access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
