FRANCESCO ROMESTAY - TERMINI, Rome

The property is immediately across from Roma Termini, placing all major rail, metro lines, and bus routes within a 1-minute walk. The airport bus also stops here, making transfers quick. Most major sights are within a 30-minute walk, and the area is walkable for day trips. The location is central but also busy; the street can be noisy, especially in the morning. For exploring by public transport, this is a prime base, but light sleepers should consider the noise factor.

Rooms are private, compact, and equipped with air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The double room has one double bed, and the twin room has two single beds. Rooms are basic and functional, suitable for short stays. The property is set up as shared apartment with multiple rooms sharing a corridor and a shared kitchen. There is no TV in the rooms. Some rooms face Via Giolitti or the station, which are busy roads; street noise can be significant. Rooms away from the road are quieter. The property has an older feel, but the bedding is comfortable and cleanliness is generally well-maintained.

The property does not have a restaurant or breakfast service. A shared kitchen is available and equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, utensils, and a dining table. The owner provides tips for nearby eateries. A wide variety of restaurants are within a short walk (0.5 km), including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and Korean options. Right inside Termini station, the Mercato Centrale offers many dining choices. For self-caterers, the communal kitchen is practical; for others, the surrounding area provides plentiful dining options.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A shared kitchen is available for guest use. The owner provides a helpful list of local recommendations and is responsive via messaging. Luggage storage is offered before check-in and after check-out. Airport transfer (pick-up and drop-off) can be arranged for an extra fee. The property operates with a smart lock system for flexible late arrivals. There is no parking or 24-hour reception; check-in is arranged in advance.
