For airport transfers, a taxi is the most practical option; public transport from FCO involves a long journey with multiple changes. A large supermarket, shopping centre, and several restaurants (including pizzerias and a burger chain) are within a few minutes' walk, making self-catering easy.

The apartments are modern, clean, and well-furnished, offering separate living and sleeping areas. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine), air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with bath or walk-in shower and free toiletries.
