Room types available include double, twin/double, and triple rooms, each with a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and bidet. Every room comes with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The rooms are compact and practical rather than spacious - suited for travellers who plan to be out most of the day. Some bathrooms are notably small, with limited shelf space. Bed comfort varies, with some mattresses described as firm and others softer. The building has a lift, making upper-floor rooms accessible. Good soundproofing from double glazing helps minimise street noise despite the station location.

The guest house does not offer a full breakfast or restaurant. Instead, a self-service corner in the common area is stocked each morning with wrapped croissants, bananas, apples, tea bags, instant coffee, and a water dispenser. A fridge, microwave, and kettle are also available for guest use, enabling simple meal preparation. For a more substantial breakfast or a full meal, the Termini area directly opposite offers a food court, several cafés, and many affordable restaurants, including Trattoria Cecio, Pho 1, and Ristorante Hua Qiao within a five-minute walk.
