VIENNA CITY COMFORT APARTMENTS, Vienna

The property is located in a quiet, safe street with a bus stop right outside (line 12A). The nearest U-Bahn station is approximately 500-600 metres away, with a tram stop at a similar distance, providing direct routes to the city centre (about 20 minutes). Vienna International Airport is 22 km away, reachable by train via Westbahnhof. Several supermarkets (Spar, Billa) and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, while the Mariahilfer Straße shopping area is about 15 minutes on foot. Schönbrunn Palace and its extensive gardens are an easy walk of about 25 minutes or a short tram ride. The central station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) is accessible via a direct tram line that takes about 20 minutes. For drivers, street parking is free on weekends but otherwise limited; a paid garage is 600 metres away.

Each apartment features a private entrance, a separate living room with a sofa bed (which doubles as the main sleeping surface in some units), a separate bedroom with one or two beds, and a private bathroom with shower. The kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and basic cookware. Units overlook a quiet street, though some ground-floor apartments can experience traffic noise from the bus route. Flat-screen TV and free WiFi are standard. One-bedroom apartments are ideal for couples or solo travellers, while larger two- and three-bedroom units can sleep up to 10 people, with spacious living/dining areas. The property underwent recent renovations in several units, but some older apartments show signs of wear such as stained walls or worn floors. High ceilings and large windows make the spaces feel airy and light. No air conditioning is provided, but fans are available. Heating is controllable per room. The sofa bed comfort varies - some units use a standard sofa bed, others a dedicated twin bed in the bedroom.
