LIMEHOME VIENNA SCHOENBRUNN, Vienna

The property sits in a quiet but lively part of Hietzing, steps from a metro station (U4 Hietzing) and tram lines that reach the centre in about 20 minutes. Vienna International Airport is a 20 km drive. Schönbrunner Gardens is 1 km away, the palace is 12 minutes on foot, and the Rosarium is a 7-minute walk. Wiener Stadthalle is 4 km from the building. The area is well served by supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants right outside or within a few minutes' walk, and the neighbourhood feels safe and clean. The metro stop at the building's doorstep makes the city centre and all major landmarks easy to reach without a car.

Units range from a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living area to a compact double room with a kitchenette corner. Each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Kitchens (where provided) include a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and cookware; some units also have a capsule coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. The living area features a sofa bed (in some units), dining table, seating, and a flat-screen TV with streaming apps. Floor-to-ceiling windows in many apartments create a bright, open feel. The apartments are all nonsmoking, with heating, a lift, and wheelchair access to some units. Some rooms have a wardrobe, while others rely on a hanging rail. Noise insulation is strong in most units; tram noise is rarely audible when windows are closed.

Dining is self-catered thanks to a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The building is surrounded by eateries within a 5-minute walk - including Italian, wine bar, and pasta-grill options at the nearby intersection - plus a supermarket and bakery in the same block. For those wanting to eat out, the Hietzing district offers a wide selection of cafés, pizzerias, and wine bars within a few minutes' walk.

The property has a lift and is wheelchair-accessible. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00, both handled via a code sent before arrival. Express and private check-in/out are available. Free WiFi is available in all areas. There is a laundry room (additional charge) with an app-managed queue system. Luggage storage lockers are available free of charge for departure day use. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and Mastercard. No smoking is allowed on the premises.
