The metro lines U4 and U6 connect directly to the city centre (approx. 10 minutes) and to Vienna International Airport via the CAT at Wien Mitte. A Spar supermarket and several restaurants - including an Austrian-style pub across the street - are within a few minutes' walk. The building itself is in a quiet residential area, though ground-floor apartments facing the street may experience some traffic and pedestrian noise.

Room types include two-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 6), a three-bedroom apartment (up to 8) and a duplex. All units feature a living room, separate bedrooms, a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries, a well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware), a washing machine, coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The apartments are soundproofed and have parquet flooring. Some units have a balcony or terrace, but ground-floor apartments may face the street and receive less natural light. Bed comfort is generally described as good, though a few units have softer mattresses.
