The property sits on a quiet side street yet is within a few minutes' walk of Wiener Stadthalle, Westbahnhof train station, and Mariahilfer Straße shopping street. The Museum Quarter and Spittelberg dining area are also a short walk away. The city centre and Schönbrunn Palace are each three underground stops. Public transport is excellent: trams stop nearby, and the metro is a 5-7 minute walk. Vienna Airport is about 30 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by bus (Airport Lines stop close by). The immediate area has several restaurants (Pizza Mann, Konoba Pescaria, and others within 300-500 metres), plus a supermarket behind the building.

Rooms are colourfully decorated and include a flat-screen TV, seating area with a sofa, wardrobe, heating, carpeted floors, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The bathrooms are space-saving units with a translucent partition; sound privacy is limited. Room size varies - some are spacious with good natural light, while others are compact. There is no air conditioning; a fan is provided. Windows on the ground floor overlook a quiet courtyard or the street; street-facing rooms can be noisy, and some windows lack security bars. No kettles are in the room but can be borrowed from reception. No minibar or fridge. Daily cleaning is performed. Triple rooms are available for families with one child.

The breakfast buffet is hosted at the Boutiquehotel Stadthalle (a 2-minute walk from the pension). It features organic products, a wide selection of breads and pastries, porridge, juices, spreads, and vegetarian options. Breakfast can be booked upon arrival at the reception.
