EASYBNB - DOMUS ORBITELLI, Rome

The apartment is positioned just off the Tiber, a 12-minute walk from the Vatican and 9 minutes from Campo de' Fiori. The Colosseum is roughly 20 minutes on foot. Many major attractions such as Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Castel Sant'Angelo are also within walking distance. Public transport is excellent with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Tiburtina station. A supermarket is a short walk away, and restaurants are steps from the door. The area is quiet at night, though the streets around the property can be very dark and narrow. Taxis can access the building without issues.

Each apartment includes a separate living area, bedroom, and a kitchen with cooking and storage facilities. One layout offers a single bedroom with one bathroom, while a larger option provides two bathrooms, ideal for groups of four. The two-bathroom configuration also features a sofa bed in the living room. Beds are comfortable, though some shorter than 175 cm may find the mattress length inadequate. Upper-floor units are light and airy; ground-floor rooms can feel dark due to limited natural light. Air conditioning is efficient for Roman summers. Daily housekeeping changes towels and sheets and restocks coffee capsules.

The kitchenette is equipped for basic meal preparation and includes a coffee machine with capsules replenished daily. For a fuller breakfast, a local authentic café around the corner serves coffee and pastries. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of restaurants, including Osteria Bar Orbitelli and I Sofa Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace, both about a 3-minute walk. Grocery deliveries and wine or champagne are available at an additional charge. Dinner supplies should be bought in advance as the kitchen is not near shops open late; a supermarket is nearby.

The property does not offer on-site wellness or leisure facilities. A seasonal ice-skating rink operates nearby, providing an additional local activity option for families or casual visits.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost and includes bed making, towel changes, and coffee capsule restocking. A paid airport shuttle is available for pick-up and drop-off, though the drop-off point requires a short walk on a restricted street. Check-in is from 15:00 with a contactless code system; check-out is by 11:00. The property has key card access, 24-hour security, and CCTV. No on-site parking exists, and luggage storage is not available, but lockers can be found a 30-second walk away on the main road.
