Piazza di Spagna and the Spagna metro station are a 5-minute walk, Trevi Fountain is 850 metres away, and Piazza Barberini and Villa Borghese are also nearby. The Colosseum is about a 35-minute walk or 15 minutes by metro. For car-free exploration, the location is ideal-taxis can drop off about 20 metres from the entrance, and luggage must be wheeled to the building. The only access is pedestrian, as the property lies within the ZTL zone. Ciampino Airport is 40 km away, reachable by private transfer (€70 one way for up to 4 people) or official taxi (approximately €40).

Room types include twin/double, twin/double with courtyard view, triple (2 beds), and family rooms (3 beds), all with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Rooms are compact but well-appointed-decor is modern and freshly renovated. Beds are firm but comfortable. Superior rooms with a balcony are limited to one room only, while courtyard-facing rooms are notably quieter. Street-facing rooms have good soundproofing from the busy area. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and Nuxe toiletries. Some rooms have an inner courtyard view. The bathroom can fog up due to the lack of a fan, and the shower may leak-check the seal on arrival. The hallways are narrow, which can be a challenge with bulky luggage or strollers.

Breakfast is served each morning in the hotel's dining area, offering a continental buffet with bread, pastries, juices, and eggs. The quality is adequate but not extensive-those wanting a wider choice can visit one of the many cafés on Via del Corso. Dinner is not prepared on-site but is available at two external partner restaurants: one just 30 metres from the hotel, the other about 400 metres away. Cost of dinner excludes drinks, and guests should reserve a table at reception each morning. For self-catering, a supermarket is around the corner. The breakfast staff are generally helpful; one attendant is known for making fresh eggs on request.
