The apartments sit in a quiet, safe residential area immediately behind Roma San Pietro station. St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums are within a 10-15 minute walk, and major sights like Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona are easily reachable on foot (30-40 minutes) or via the frequent 64 and 62 buses whose stops are a 2-3 minute walk through the station tunnel. The train station itself is a major hub: the FL3/FL5 lines connect directly to Fiumicino Airport (avoiding Termini), making airport transfers simple and inexpensive (€8 train + €1.50 to San Pietro). A Carrefour supermarket, several bars, restaurants (e.g., I San Pietrini, Buona Forchetta), and a gelateria are within 0.5 km. The quiet neighbourhood means trains are not disruptive, and street parking is available but not reserved.

There are three apartments, each recently renovated with modern, stylish interiors. Layouts vary: one-bedroom (sleeps 2), two-bedroom (sleeps 4-5), and one unit with two bathrooms. All are spacious and offer city views, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine (in 2 of the 3 units), a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine with pods, and a wide flat-screen TV with streaming services and Fire Stick. The kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, and all cookware/utensils. The largest terraces are excellent for relaxing after sightseeing, with outdoor furniture. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is soft. No storage for clothes aside from a rack in some apartments, though this is sufficient for most stays. The apartment with the washing machine requires climbing about 18 stairs - no lift is available. The two-bedroom unit can comfortably fit 5 people. All apartments are non-smoking, ironing facilities are provided, and free toiletries are standard.

The apartments are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making self-catering very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and even a steamer and vacuum cleaner. For those who prefer to dine out, the immediate area around the apartment is abundant with restaurants and bars: I San Pietrini (0.5 km), Bistrot (0.5 km), Spoon Gelateria (0.5 km), Buona Forchetta (0.5 km), and several others, all within a 5-10 minute walk. A Carrefour supermarket is just 6 minutes away, offering fresh Italian ready meals, cheese, and wine - ideal for quick, high-quality meals. There is no property-run restaurant or breakfast service, but the host can provide local recommendations. The self-catering setup works well for families wanting flexibility or for those who enjoy local grocery shopping.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and is fast enough for video calls and HD streaming. The host provides a seamless self-check-in process with clear key retrieval instructions, and late arrivals (e.g., 11 pm) are no problem.
