The soundproofing varies: walls and doors are thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms and the street is common. Rooms on the ground floor facing the street may be affected by bin collection noise and odours. Some rooms are very compact (around 9-12 m2), and the listed size may not match reality. Rooms configured for three people add a camp bed, leaving very little living space. Mold and humidity have been reported in bathrooms and rooms, particularly in winter. Air conditioning/heating is available but may struggle to warm the room adequately in cold weather.

The included breakfast consists of packaged items like croissants, toast, jam, biscuits, a juice box, instant coffee, tea bags, and a bottle of water. It is refilled daily by housekeeping. There is no hot food option or fresh bread. For those preferring a more substantial breakfast, several cafés and restaurants, such as Bistrot and Goudron Enoteca, are within a 3-minute walk. The shared kitchen has basic items (kettle, coffee machine, some utensils) but limited cookware and no proper dining area. Packaged items may be left in the room the day before.
