LUX OF THE VATICAN, Rome

The property sits on Viale Vaticano, directly opposite the Vatican Museums entrance, making it ideal for Vatican visitors. Ottaviano Metro Station (line A) is within a 5-10 minute walk, though the route involves a steep staircase of about 70 steps from Cipro station, which is cumbersome with suitcases. A bus stop is located right outside the gate. The surrounding Prati district offers many restaurants, gelaterias, and shops within a short walk. Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, and Piazza del Popolo are each about 3 km away, reachable by metro or a 20-25 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and residential, but the uphill street and stairs make the location less convenient for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The property features a garden and a terrace overlooking the garden, offering a tranquil setting for reading or unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The garden is well-maintained and provides a calm atmosphere within the gated villa. There is no pool, spa, gym, or additional leisure facilities on site. An ice-skating rink is located nearby for seasonal recreation.
