RESIDENZA BELLI INN, Rome

The inn is set on a quiet street in the heart of Trastevere, a lively neighbourhood with medieval streets, restaurants, bars, and a large grocery store. Tram and bus stops are just a few metres away, providing direct connections to the city centre. The Vatican is a pleasant walk upriver. Key landmarks such as the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain are within 20-30 minutes on foot or a short tram/bus ride. The central location means many of Trastevere's main attractions and dining spots are within a 5-10 minute walk.

The property offers double, twin, and triple rooms spread across several floors. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus amenities like a tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, and a safe. Rooms are compact - better suited for short stays than extended ones. Some rooms face an inner courtyard, offering a quieter stay, while those near the main entrance can be affected by noise from door slamming and corridor conversations. Some reviews note that furniture and decor are dated and show wear, and that rooms can feel dark due to small windows. Air conditioning is available but has a minimum temperature setting of 22°C, and units can be noisy. Request a room away from the main door or with courtyard views for a quieter experience.

Residenza Belli Inn does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. However, the immediate Trastevere area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and bakeries within a 2-5 minute walk. Popular options include L'Osteria della Trippa, Le Levain Boulangerie, and Ombre Rosse, all 0.3-0.5 km away. The property also supplies a coffee machine (with daily capsule refills) and an electric kettle for in-room hot drinks. For a fuller meal, guests easily walk to the many eateries surrounding the inn.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The Trastevere neighbourhood itself provides the main leisure context: cobblestone streets, the Tiber riverbank promenade (a 10-minute walk), and a lively evening scene of bars and restaurants. For more structured wellness or recreation, guests will need to venture into central Rome.

The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout (signal can be inconsistent in some rooms), a lift (check floor accessibility), and daily housekeeping. Express check-in/out is available for an additional charge. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out - a practical feature for late flights. The reception is staffed approximately from 09:30 to 18:00; outside these hours, the building is accessible via key cards, and support is available by WhatsApp. Safety features include a safe deposit box, fire extinguishers, and key-card access. City tax is payable in cash on arrival. No babysitting, airport shuttle, or pet facilities are available.
