Hotel Details

Location

Set on flat ground just behind the main strip, the complex is a two-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants.
The apartments lie adjacent to the pedestrianised Avenida de las Playas, placing you directly among dozens of dining and entertainment options. The beach is roughly 100 metres away. A bus stop and taxi rank are within 30 metres, making it easy to explore the rest of Lanzarote without a car. The on-site Hyper Dino supermarket is a practical bonus for self-catering supplies. For those arriving by car, paid parking is available on the property.

Accommodation

One- and two-bedroom apartments are spacious, with recently modernised interiors in many units, free air conditioning, and a private terrace or balcony.
Rooms are sizeable and come with a double bedroom, a lounge area with sofa bed, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, two-ring hob, and a fridge-freezer. Bedding and towels are changed every second day. Some apartments show signs of wear - mould in bathrooms, damp smells, and gaps under doors that can let in insects. Beds are firm and pillows can be hard; softer pillows are available from reception. Noise levels vary: road-facing rooms can hear bin collection and late-night bar activity, while garden-facing rooms are quieter. Rooms on upper floors may have more sun on the balcony, but lower floors offer easier access.

Dining

Self-catering apartments with a pool bar serving snacks and drinks; breakfast is available off-site if booked, but stocks from the on-site supermarket are more flexible.
The kitchen allows basic meal preparation (no oven). The pool bar offers a menu of burgers, toasties, ice creams, and cold drinks at reasonable prices. If you choose the bed-and-breakfast rate, breakfast is provided at an external café adjacent to the complex - the selection is very limited (e.g., one egg, one sausage, one toast) and not considered good value. The strip just outside the entrance has dozens of restaurants and bars for lunch and dinner, from tapas to international cuisine.

Wellness and Leisure

A heated outdoor swimming pool, separate children's pool, sun terrace, and spa facilities including a Turkish bath and gym.
The main pool is heated and cleaned daily, but access is via ladders only - no gradual steps, which can be difficult for those with mobility issues. The children's pool is smaller and unheated. Sun loungers are plentiful in principle, but early-morning towel reservation is common and the policy to remove abandoned towels is not reliably enforced, so arriving before 7am may be necessary. A quieter garden area with loungers is available behind the main block. The spa offers a Turkish bath and there is also a small gym on site.

Wi-Fi is free and generally reliable. The 24-hour reception can arrange late check-out or luggage storage for later flights (subject to availability). A washing machine and dryer are available on site (may occasionally be out of order). The complex is non-smoking. There is lift access to upper floors. Ground-floor apartments are available and the complex is flat, making it manageable for wheelchairs and walkers, though some apartment entrances have a few steps without handrails. The pool area is cleaned with power hosing early each morning, which can be noisy.
