The hotel sits on a hill in Costa Adeje, a short downhill walk from the beach and the main strip with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The immediate area is well served by local bus stops, and several restaurants are within 300 metres, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and international options. Tenerife South Airport is 19 km away. The uphill return journey can feel steep; taxis are a practical option for the return trip (around €5). Scooters and mobility scooters are available for hire locally.

All rooms include a balcony or terrace, many with garden or pool views (pool view available for a supplement). The apartments are large and practical, with a separate living area, kitchen facilities (fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle), and a work desk. Some rooms have a hot tub or spa bath. Certain blocks have no lift, so upper-floor rooms require climbing several flights of stairs. The beds are comfortable, but sofa beds can feel less supportive. Some rooms have dated furniture and decor. The air conditioning works but has a fixed minimum temperature (around 23°C) and may cycle off periodically, which can affect comfort in hot weather. Good wardrobe space is provided.

The main buffet offers a variety of cooked and cold options, including a daily rotation of meat, fish, pasta, salad, and desserts. Breakfast includes a cooked English style option, cereals, and fruit. The snack bar serves pizza, chips, hot dogs, and salads between main meal times. A la carte: Restaurant Mirador caters to special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free) on request. The all-inclusive package includes meals plus drinks (including cocktails from a machine, beer, wine, and soft drinks). Bottled water is not included; water coolers are available in the lobby. The quality of food is generally considered good for a 3-star property, but some find the evening selection repetitive and better suited to children.

The main outdoor pools are heated and open all year from 10 AM to 6 PM. There is a pool at the front (livelier with activities) and a quieter one at the back. The children's pool has a shallow end and is heated. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free. Pool/beach towels are available for a €10 cash deposit. There is no spa or wellness centre. Massage is available for an additional charge. The entertainment team runs daytime activities (aqua gym, darts, volleyball) and evening shows (Tina Turner tribute, kids' disco, singers, bingo). A games room offers table tennis, billiards, and arcade machines.

The 24-hour front desk offers concierge, currency exchange, tour desk, and a safety deposit box (additional charge). Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Luggage storage is available on check-out day, and there is a shower room for last-day use. Laundry service is available for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is provided (except Thursdays and Sundays). The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users, with a lift, lower bathroom sink, and some adapted rooms, but there is no pool hoist. A minimarket is on site. Parking is free on the street but the hotel has no dedicated car park. Airport shuttle service is not available.
