The hotel sits at the highest point of Costa Adeje, with the nearest beach a 25-30 minute walk downhill and a 35-40 minute climb back up. Taxis from the centre cost €6-10. The main strip with restaurants, bars, and shops is about 30 minutes on foot. Siam Park is a 20-minute walk, Aqualand 15 minutes. Public buses run along the main road, and electric scooters (Dott) are available outside the hotel for €2 downhill. With a car, free parking is on site and the beach is a 5-minute drive. The steep incline is challenging for those with mobility issues or pushchairs.

The property offers studios and one-bedroom apartments, all with a balcony or terrace facing the coast. Apartments have a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Kitchenettes include a fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, and utensils. Air conditioning is free but some units have a musty smell. Beds are typically two singles pushed together with very firm mattresses; many find them uncomfortable. Soundproofing is poor - noise from neighbours and the pool bar's loud music is common. Cleanliness is inconsistent: floors can be dusty, and cockroaches have been spotted in some units. Rooms are large but the decor is outdated with chipped furniture and worn fixtures. Request a room away from the pool for a quieter stay.

The pool-side bar serves breakfast (e.g., bacon rolls, pancakes), lunch, and dinner with burgers, pizzas, salads, and pasta. Food quality is generally decent and portions generous. There is no sit-down restaurant - all meals are from the bar. Several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk downhill, including pizzerias and international options. The on-site minimarket stocks fresh bread, pastries, and basics. Cocktails cost around €8-9, with a daily happy hour (2-for-1 on selected drinks) from 18:00-20:00.

The outdoor pool is open year-round and heated from November to March. It has a shallow end and is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas (free). However, sunbeds are not placed directly next to the pool - you may need to sit at tables. The pool area plays loud trance/dubstep music from morning until 9pm, which can be intrusive. Free billiards and table tennis tables are available. There is no spa, gym, or children's entertainment. The pool can feel small when busy, and the atmosphere is more suited to adults than families.

Free public parking is available on site (no reservation needed) and includes a parking garage. WiFi is free in public areas but may not reach all rooms - connection is strongest on balconies. The 24-hour front desk can arrange taxis and car hire. A minimarket on site sells groceries, fresh bread, and toiletries. A safety deposit box is available for €5/day (€10 deposit). Iron rental also costs €5/day (€10 deposit). There are no laundry facilities, no lift, and no airport shuttle. Pets are not allowed. The hotel is non-smoking throughout.
