HEETON CONCEPT HOTEL - KENSINGTON LONDON, London

The hotel is on Hogarth Road, around a 2-3 minute walk from Earl's Court Underground Station (District and Piccadilly lines). This gives direct tube access to Heathrow Airport in about 30 minutes, Paddington in roughly 14 minutes, and central sights like the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, and Kensington Palace within a short ride. Hyde Park and Harrods are about 12 minutes away by Tube. Notting Hill, Portobello Road Market, and the South Bank (London Eye, SEA LIFE Aquarium) are also easily reached. The Design Museum, Kyoto Garden, and Kensington High Street are within a 15-20 minute walk. The immediate area is safe, well-lit, and packed with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and a laundromat all within a few minutes' walk. Olympia Exhibition Centre is a 20-minute walk. The property does not offer parking; street parking is for permit holders only, and nearby car parks (Mercure, NCP) charge about £30 per night.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is not served in a restaurant. Instead, a Grab & Go bag is available for £5.99 (or £3.00 for just a croissant and hot drink), containing a croissant, muffin, piece of fruit, juice, cereal bar, and coffee. It can be collected from reception. A basement room is available to consume breakfast with hot drinks. Gluten-free options are available on request. For a wider selection, the hotel partners with local cafes and restaurants (Heeton Friends) where showing your room key gets you a discount. There is no full restaurant on site. The bar offers a limited food menu (to be eaten in the room) and sells alcoholic drinks from 11:00 AM until midnight. The basement lounge area provides a space to sit with drinks or snacks.

The hotel does not have a spa, gym, swimming pool, or sauna. Leisure options are limited to the shared lounge area, bar, and board games. For recreation, the surrounding area offers parks (Hyde Park, Kyoto Garden), the Design Museum, and easy access to South Bank attractions via the Tube. Active guests will find the location well connected for exploring London on foot or by public transport.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi (no password needed) in all areas. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, a welcome drink, and luggage storage (free before check-in and after check-out). A lift is available but has been known to be out of service; the front desk can assist with luggage if needed. Daily housekeeping is every 3 days unless requested by 10:00 AM (opting out earns a free drink). Irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, and cots/cribs are available on request. Bikes can be stored in the luggage room. There is no laundry facility on site, but a laundromat is a one-minute walk away. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the property. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard. A credit/debit card is required upon check-in.
