The complex is located on a steep hill, about a 10-15 minute walk downhill to Playa de Troya and the main beachfront promenade. The return uphill is strenuous, so taxis (approx. €5) or the hotel's free shuttle bus (check times at reception) are practical alternatives. A local bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Siam Park and Aqualand are within a 15-20 minute walk. Several restaurants, bars, and a minimarket are within a 5-10 minute walk downhill. For airport access, Tenerife South Airport is a 13-minute drive; the North Airport is 56 minutes. A taxi rank is located outside the hotel.

All apartments include a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and basic cookware. Each unit has a private bathroom with a bath and a furnished terrace or balcony. Some apartments have been recently refurbished and are modern and clean, while others are older with dated furniture and worn mattresses. Rooms with pool or sea views are available and highly recommended for afternoon sun and sunset views. Ceiling fans are provided (no air conditioning); portable fans can be hired. The sofa bed in the living area can be uncomfortable, and some mattresses are hard. Noise from neighbouring apartments (especially walking and furniture movement) can be audible. A safe is available, and TV requires a remote deposit.

Breakfast is a buffet (continental and full English/Irish options, plus vegetarian choices) available from 07:30-10:30, costing €7 per person if not included in the board. Lunch and dinner offer a variety of dishes including salads, meat, fish, pasta, and chips; quality is described as adequate but not varied. All-inclusive includes drinks (water, beer, soft drinks, wine, spirits) from 10:30-22:30. The snack bar by the pool offers burgers, hot dogs, chips, and sandwiches during the day. Special diet menus are available on request (including gluten-free), but no halal menu. The restaurant can be busy and noisy, and food temperatures can be inconsistent. Several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute downhill walk for those seeking more variety.

The main swimming pool is notably large and clean, surrounded by ample sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The pool is saltwater and not heated; lifeguards are present. The separate children's pool is a practical feature for families. Entertainment staff organise daily activities, including water polo, bingo, darts, karaoke, and evening shows (disco, live music). The games room has a pool table and table tennis (some equipment may be worn). Outdoor sports facilities include a tennis court, mini golf (both at additional charge), and basketball/soccer courts. A children's playground is available. The pool bar serves drinks and snacks. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and lobby area, not by the pool or in rooms.

The 24-hour front desk provides concierge and tour desk services, safety deposit boxes, and luggage storage (free). Laundry facilities are available (chargeable); an iron and ironing board can be requested at reception. A minimarket is on site for basic provisions. The free shuttle bus runs to the beach and town - schedules should be checked at reception. Parking is very limited (first-come, first-served); free street parking is available nearby. The complex is not fully adapted for mobility scooters or wheelchairs due to slopes and steps. No pets are allowed. A designated smoking area is provided; smoking in rooms or on balconies is not permitted.
