Shark Reef Aquarium is less than a one-minute walk away, and other attractions such as CityCenter, Bellagio Fountains, and Allegiant Stadium are within comfortable walking distance. The Mandalay Bay tram offers convenient access further up the Strip, avoiding significant walking. Airport access is straightforward via a 10-minute taxi or ride-share; the hotel does not offer a shuttle. Free private parking is available directly outside each room, which is an unusual advantage on the Strip.

All rooms are spacious and include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a carpeted floor, and heating. Some double rooms feature a balcony. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and quality linens. Rooms lack in-room coffee makers, microwaves, hairdryers, and dressers, but offer a small table and desk drawers for storage. Noise from the air conditioning unit can be disruptive, and some rooms have reported an intermittent strong scent from an air freshener that cannot be fully disabled. Bedding disputes have occurred when reservations are not accurately communicated, so confirming the exact bed configuration during booking is recommended.

The hotel does not operate its own full restaurant, but free coffee and cookies are available from the reception area. A well-regarded breakfast spot, the Egg Shop, is located just in front of the hotel and serves freshly prepared sandwiches and coffee. Several other dining options are within a few minutes' walk, including McDonald's (0.5 km), Subway (0.5 km), and Mexican food. The hotel has a bar on-site for drinks.

A small, well-maintained garden provides a quiet oasis for relaxation, featuring a zen-like area with plants and fountains. This area offers a calm, authentic space away from the casinos and crowds. Former pools have been filled with rocks and are not available for use.

Free private parking is provided on-site, with spaces directly outside the rooms and no reservation needed. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. A 24-hour security guard patrols the parking lot at night, offering a visible safety presence. Check-in and check-out are efficient, with staff on hand. Luggage storage is available. The reception and check-in desk are located within the attached souvenir store. Pets are permitted for a fee of $50 plus tax per night per pet, though cats are not allowed.
