The hotel sits on Rue Simon Lefranc, a small, quiet street in the 4th arrondissement, just behind the Centre Pompidou. Rambuteau metro (line 11) is a 1-minute walk, and Châtelet station (lines 1,4,7,11,14) is 5 minutes away, providing direct RER B connections to both CDG and Orly airports. From Châtelet, it's often faster to walk the 5-7 minutes than to change to line 11. The walkability is excellent: Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the Picasso Museum, Place des Vosges, and the Seine are all within a 5-25 minute walk. The area is lined with boutiques, museums, and dozens of brasseries and bakeries. Bus line 38, with a stop one block away, reaches the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The neighbourhood is lively day and night, yet the hotel's street remains relatively calm.

The hotel offers three room categories. Classic rooms (11-15 m²) have a 140x200 cm double bed, air conditioning, a 43-inch 4K TV, safe, mini-bar, tea/coffee tray, and USB charger. Superior rooms (17-20 m²) provide either a larger 160x200 cm or 180x200 cm bed or two 90x200 cm single beds, plus more space. The Junior Suite (23 m²) is the only room with a private 19 m² terrace. All rooms are non-smoking, have soundproofing, reversible air conditioning, central heating, and parquet floors. Windows open for fresh air. Each room includes a small desk and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are private with a door, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and a magnifying mirror. While rooms are charmingly decorated with antique and painted wooden furniture, some may feel compact, especially the Classics-those needing more space are better off in a Superior or the Suite.

The breakfast includes hot drinks, orange juice, fruit salad, boiled egg, cheeses, ham, bread, butter, jam, French breads, croissants, yoghurt, and cereals. Fried or scrambled eggs (plain or with ham/cheese) are available at an extra charge. The breakfast room is a historic, stone-walled cellar with an ancient well, adding character to the meal. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, bar, or room service beyond breakfast. The immediate area offers a wide array of dining options within a 0.3-0.5 km walk, including French, Italian, Middle Eastern, and Indian restaurants. A coffee shop is on-site, and wine/champagne is available for an additional charge.

The hotel does not have a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, or sauna.
