The property spans multiple buildings on both sides of Ocean Boulevard; some buildings are non-oceanfront and located across the street, which may require a short walk to the beach and main facilities.

Three room categories are available: standard rooms with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; efficiency units with a small stove, oven, microwave, and 3/4-size fridge; and suites with a full-size stove, full-size fridge, microwave, and larger living area. Suites also include a sofa and chair, and queen suites have a Murphy bed in the living room. Oceanfront rooms offer full beach and water views. The West Building houses the smallest unit - a queen-bed room across the street from the ocean - which is furthest from the main facilities. The property shows variable interior conditions; some rooms have updated paint, mattresses, and carpet, while others are older with worn bathrooms, dusty baseboards, and musty odors. Air conditioning is standard in all rooms.
