From Gare Montparnasse, public transport takes 25 minutes; from CDG Airport, it's an hour by train or 45 minutes by taxi. Orly Airport is a 40-minute taxi ride. The surrounding area is lively with cafes, bistros, and bars, and is well-connected for exploring the Marais and central landmarks on foot or by metro. The boulevard can be busy, so rooms on the inner courtyard are quieter.

Room types include Single (9 m2, small double bed), Double Classic Balcony (11 m2), Premium Double (14 m2, on the inner courtyard), Triple Classic (17 m2, double + sofa bed or 2 singles + sofa), Premium Triple with Balcony (19 m2, bath), Quadruple (24 m2, 4 singles), Family Room (up to 5 adults, various bed setups), and Family Suite (38 m2, up to 7 adults, with shower, desk, welcome tray). All rooms feature flat-screen satellite TV, minibar (note: some rooms have mini-fridges, others don't; request if needed), tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, and soundproof walls.
