The hotel sits on a quiet street in the Minato district, close to several subway lines (Toei Asakusa, Oedo, Mita) and JR Yamanote. Hamamatsucho Station is a 10-minute walk and offers the monorail to Haneda Airport (20 minutes) and the Yamanote line for city-wide travel. Daimon Station is roughly 5 minutes away. Hamarikyu Gardens are a 15-minute stroll, and Tsukiji Fish Market is a 10-minute taxi ride. Multiple restaurants, convenience stores (including a Lawson directly attached), and a Family Mart across the street are within a few minutes' walk. The neighbourhood is calm at night but well served for daytime business and tourism.

Each room includes a flat-screen TV, clothes rack, desk, in-room safe, and free amenities (toothbrush, hairdryer, slippers, towels). Windows can be opened partially for ventilation. The double bed is notably firm; some individuals find it very hard, while others appreciate the support. Pillows are also firm and can be swapped for softer ones on request. Rooms are small by Western standards but functional, with under-bed space for luggage storage. Those facing the elevator may hear the elevator chime; rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter. A universal twin room for wheelchair users is available (only one). Smoking rooms are on floors 3 and 4. Lighting and blackout curtains are effective.

The buffet is set in a dedicated dining area and includes a rotating selection of hot and cold dishes. Coffee drip bags are available for free in the lobby. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding area has numerous dining options within a 3-5 minute walk, including Italian, soba, and Japanese grill restaurants. The attached Lawson convenience store provides snacks, drinks, and light meals 24 hours a day. Breakfast was well received overall, though some noted that items near the end of service were replenished less frequently. For a fuller meal, nearby restaurants are easily accessible.

Services include daily housekeeping (every three days with towel replacement), paid dry cleaning and laundry, and a trouser press. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on the 5th and 10th floors, and their availability can be checked on the room TV. Luggage storage is complimentary before check-in and after check-out. The front desk can arrange luggage forwarding via Yamato Transport (fee applies). Safety features include key card access, 24-hour security, smoke alarms, and CCTV. A convenience store is directly connected to the lobby. There is no gym, pool, or spa. Check-in is automated with staff assistance available.
