The hotel sits at the heart of Urayasu, just 100 metres from Urayasu Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line - a direct 17-minute ride to Ōtemachi Station in central Tokyo. From there, Shinjuku and Shibuya are about an hour away by train. Narita International Airport is 55 km away; the most practical approach is to take the airport limousine bus to Kasai, then transfer by train, or take a taxi (approx. 10000 yen from Haneda Airport). The hotel is surrounded by dining options - ramen, sushi, Italian, izakaya, and fast food are all within a three-minute walk. A bus stop one minute away provides direct service to Tokyo Disneyland (15-30 minutes, 200 yen) and to Haneda Airport. A taxi to Disney costs roughly 2000-2300 yen and takes 10-15 minutes. The neighbourhood feels safe to walk around at night, and the 24-hour supermarket across the street and drugstore and Daiso nearby make picking up supplies easy.

The hotel offers twin, triple, and double rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a deep bathtub and separate toilet - the bathroom/toilet separation adds practical convenience for families. Beds are firm and low to the ground; twin beds measure 200 cm by 140 cm, triple beds are 200 cm by 85 cm each. Room size is generous for Tokyo, with a walk-in closet that can store multiple large suitcases out of the way. Each room includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove - ideal for self-catering, but plates, pots, and utensils must be requested from reception.
