06A3 - LOVELY APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF OLD NICE, Nice

The property sits within the vibrant historical centre, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 8 km away, accessible by tram or bus from the nearby station. MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) is 700 metres on foot. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with most of Old Nice's attractions, Cours Saleya market, and the beach all reachable within a few minutes' walk. The central location means street noise during the day, but closing windows adequately reduces sound for sleeping.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the living room contains a sofa bed (fold-out) suitable for two additional guests - note that the sofa bed is less comfortable than the main bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine, plus cookware and kitchen utensils. The air-conditioned apartment also offers a washing machine, a dining table, a seating area, and city views. The modern bathroom is spacious and includes a hairdryer. The unit has 2 beds total.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently, which is convenient for longer stays or budget management. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options within 0.3-0.5 km: Les Garçons, Citrus, La Rossettisserie, Le Bistrot d'Antoine, Le Safari, Le Tire Bouchon, and La Tapenade, plus Italian restaurant La Voglia at 0.5 km. No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is provided.

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out by 11:00. The host, Sébastien, provides a welcoming bottle of wine and is known for friendly and efficient communication, including flexible luggage storage before check-in if the apartment is not yet cleaned. The property accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. No parking is available on-site. Safety features include smoke alarms. Ironing facilities and heating are also provided. The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
