The hotel sits on Boulevard Pasteur in the Montparnasse district, with the Pasteur Metro station (lines 6 and 12) directly across the street. Reaching Gare Montparnasse takes 6-8 minutes on foot - providing access to lines 4, 13 and regional trains. Major sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are a short metro ride away; the Eiffel Tower is also about a 30-minute walk. Many restaurants, bakeries, and cafés are clustered within a few blocks. The area is considered safe and less touristy than central arrondissements, with a local market in the square every week.

Room types include the compact 13m2 Mignonne with balcony and street view; the 15m2 Métropolitaine courtyard rooms (quieter and available with extra bed); the spacious 23m2 Marginale rooms accessible for reduced mobility with walk-in shower; the 14m2 Mansarde attic room with separate office area; and family rooms with two double beds for up to 4 people. Three dormitories have 4-6 cabin beds with privacy curtains, reading lamps, and storage. Mignonne rooms have a 140x190 cm double bed; Métropolitaine rooms have a 160x190 cm queen; Marginale rooms have a walk-in shower and disability grab-bar. About half the rooms have air conditioning - available on request and present in all Marginale/'Superior' rooms. Some rooms face the boulevard and may be noisier; courtyard-side rooms are quieter. Rooms are cleaned daily. All rooms include free WiFi, flat-screen TV, safe, kettle, hairdryer, and private bathroom with shower. No fridge, no in-room kitchen, and no Netflix/YouTube streaming on TV.

The ground-floor restaurant Mangeaver serves innovative French cuisine under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Michel Portos, open for lunch and dinner. Also on site is Mille Grazie, offering Italian and European dishes with vegetarian options, open daily for lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Breakfast (16€) is served daily as a continental tray featuring bread, croissant, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit salad, a hot drink, and juice, with the option to add ham or an egg. The breakfast tray is served in the restaurant or can be taken to go. A number of bakeries, cafés, and bistros are within a very short walk on Boulevard Pasteur.
