For airport connections, the Leonardo Express train runs from Termini to Fiumicino in about 32 minutes, and the Terravision bus offers a direct low-cost link from Ciampino (€4 one way). The area feels safe at night, with many restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket nearby. Business travellers benefit from proximity to ministry buildings and embassies.

Room sizes vary significantly: some are spacious and suitable for families (including quadruple rooms with 4 beds and family rooms with two connecting double or twin rooms), while many rooms are quite compact. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from traffic, and sound insulation between rooms is minimal. The property is older and has dated decor in places; the small lift can be unreliable.
