Kanaami Inari Shrine is a 2-minute walk, Izumi Park 300 metres away, and Asakusa Mitsuke Memorial 8 minutes on foot. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe at night, with several convenience stores, supermarkets (including Life supermarket), and a range of restaurants within a few hundred metres. The walk to the main Akihabara electronics and anime district takes about 10 minutes.

Family rooms offer private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, and a balcony in some units. One family room features tatami flooring and futons, another has a sofa and 8 futons, and a spacious version sleeps 6 on western-style beds. Dormitories have privacy curtains, personal lockers, and individual lighting. Soundproofing between rooms is limited - noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, especially in shared dormitories. Some rooms have balconies that provide fresh air. Heating and air conditioning are available in all rooms. The building has a lift. Some rooms include a work desk and refrigerator. TV and streaming services are available in common areas rather than in every room.

Breakfast is available for 500 JPY per person and consists of a single donut (typically in flavours such as matcha, chocolate, or lemon) plus free tea and coffee. For a more substantial morning meal, the fully equipped shared kitchen on the first floor can be used to prepare your own food, and the attached café/restaurant serves a fuller menu throughout the day. The surrounding streets have a high density of restaurants within a 300-metre radius, including karaage, ramen, tonkatsu, and bar-style options. The shared kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and basic utensils, and is available to all guests.
