HOTEL BACO, Seville

The hotel sits on Plaza Ponce de Leon, a bus interchange with routes across the city, including bus 32 to Santa Justa train station (15 minutes). The AVE station is within a 15-minute walk, and the airport is 15 minutes by car. Seville's iconic landmarks-cathedral, Alcázar, and Las Setas-are all reachable on foot within 10-20 minutes. The area is filled with authentic tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite being on a busy square, rooms facing the inner courtyard offer quiet. The location scores 9.1 for convenience.

Room options include double, twin, single, triple, and quadruple configurations. Some rooms have balconies or inner courtyard views. Rooms are basic and compact, with tiled floors, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The coffee machine is in the lobby from 8-11am. Soundproofing is limited: internal courtyard rooms are quieter, while road-facing rooms can hear traffic and bus station noise. Some rooms have windows onto interior light wells, limiting natural light. Bed comfort varies, with some reporting firm mattresses. No minibar or refrigerator. The rooms are best suited for short, sightseeing-focused stays.

There is no restaurant, bar, or meal service on-site. A coffee machine in the lobby provides free coffee each morning. Guests must arrange their own breakfast and other meals. The surrounding area has numerous options: at least eight restaurants and tapas bars within a three-minute walk, including traditional Spanish cuisine and sushi. Many guests find the location convenient for exploring local dining.

A rooftop terrace is available for relaxation, equipped with sun loungers and panoramic views over Seville. The wellness area includes a solarium and a public bath, both free of charge. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym. The terrace is a quiet spot to unwind after sightseeing, especially at sunset.
