Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport are accessible via an arranged shuttle service (€70 for up to four people). Public transport options include buses nearby, and the area is well served by taxis. The neighbourhood is safe and lively, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. Note that parking is not available; drivers should park outside the ZTL zone about 1 km away.

Rooms are compact but functional, featuring parquet floors, soundproofing (though some rooms facing the street may experience noise), a safe, and free toiletries. Bed configurations vary from doubles to family rooms with up to four beds; single beds can be requested. Some rooms have a small desk and chair, but there are no drawers or extensive storage. Housekeeping is daily for bed-making, but towels are changed every three days unless extra is paid. The property has a lift, and bathrooms include a shower and bidet in family rooms. For longer stays, the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room may be a limitation, but a communal area with a kettle and microwave is available.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. A coffee machine and vending snacks are available in the common area, and wine/champagne can be ordered for an additional charge. The surrounding area is filled with cafes, bakeries, and restaurants; many guests choose to eat breakfast or meals at nearby establishments such as Sant Eustachio il Caffe or Dai 3 Amici, both within 300 metres.
