The hostel sits next to Milan Centrale, the city's main rail and metro hub, giving easy access to all zones including the Duomo (short metro ride). The airport bus terminal serving Malpensa, Linate, and Bergamo is just 100 metres away, making transfers seamless. Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's longest shopping streets, is a 2-minute stroll. Dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, and a McDonald's are within a 5-minute radius. The neighbourhood around Centrale is busy and well-connected, though some areas can feel less safe late at night - the hostel itself is secure with 24-hour reception and coded access.

Room types include single, double, twin/double, triple, family (up to 5 beds), and dormitories (4-6 beds, some female-only). All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and toiletries. Dorms feature lockers (bring a padlock, or buy one for €2.50 at reception - free locks with deposit also available). Beds are mostly bunks; triple bunks can feel cramped and the top bed may be warmer due to air conditioning. Rooms vary in size - some are spacious, others compact. Noise from the bar and street can be heard in some rooms; free earplugs are available. Air conditioning is standard, but a few units may be inconsistent. No balconies. Lifts serve all floors.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00 for €6.90, offering a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, and options for Italian, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. A breakfast-to-go option is available. The free evening pasta dinner is a highlight - simple pasta with sauce, often with vegetables, plus a free welcome drink (beer, wine, or soft drink) on arrival. The 24-hour bar serves snacks, drinks, and coffee.
