Hotel Details

Location

Situated in the French Quarter, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Aquarium of the Americas.

The French Quarter location places you within easy walking distance of top attractions such as the French Market, Café Du Monde, Harrah's New Orleans Casino, and the Mississippi Riverfront. Public transport options like bus stops and streetcars are close by, and the cruise terminal is a 7-minute drive or 27-minute walk. Despite the lively neighbourhood, the hotel's interior-facing rooms and courtyard offer a quieter retreat. For those arriving by car, self-parking is available across the street at the Premium Parking Lot.

Accommodation

Rooms feature exposed brick walls, carpeted floors, air conditioning, a desk, cable TV, a safe, and free toiletries.

Room types include options with private bathrooms featuring walk-in stone showers or standard showers, and balconies are available on select rooms. Some interior rooms have no windows; these are quieter but darker. Many rooms offer views of the courtyard, the Mississippi River, or Decatur Street. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise and occasional train horns, while courtyard-facing rooms are notably quieter. Beds are described as very comfortable, and daily housekeeping is provided free of charge. Note that no refrigerators or microwaves are available unless medically needed.

Dining

The hotel has a coffee house on site and vending machines for drinks and snacks.

There is no full-service restaurant on the premises, but the coffee house provides a convenient option for a morning drink. The location is surrounded by numerous dining choices within a 5-minute walk, including Crescent City Brewhouse, Oceana Grill, and NOLA Restaurant. Cafés such as CC's Community Coffee House are immediately next door, accessible via the courtyard.

Wellness and Leisure

The hotel features a year-round outdoor saltwater swimming pool in a courtyard with a fence, picnic area, and outdoor furniture.

The pool area is surrounded by a peaceful courtyard with tables, chairs, and a picnic area, making it suitable for relaxing with a drink or a book. Pool towels are provided free of charge. There is no spa or gym on site.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, concierge, tour desk, ATM, safety deposit box, and a lift are available.

Business facilities include fax/photocopying for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The property is non-smoking throughout, with designated smoking permitted on balconies and in the courtyard. Accessibility is supported by a lift and facilities for disabled guests. Security features include key card access, smoke alarms, and a safe deposit box. Laundry service is not available on site, but a nearby laundromat exists.
