Morishita Station (Exit A5) is within a 10-minute walk and provides access to both the Shinjuku and Oedo Lines, used daily by many for city trips. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet, offering a calm return after sightseeing. A large Life supermarket and a 24-hour 7-Eleven are just across the street, ideal for stocking up on essentials and meals. The Ki-Gu-Rin Museum is a 4-minute walk, and other cultural sites like Miroku-ji Temple (300 m) and Edo Hyogu Museum (500 m) are nearby. Tokyo Kinshicho and its downtown area is a 15-20 minute walk.
