和貴ビル, Tokyo

The property sits in central Tokyo, within easy reach of several metro and train stations-roughly a 10-14 minute walk to the nearest stops. Shinjuku is just one station away, making major attractions and shopping areas quickly accessible. Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park is a 5-minute walk, and many other points of interest such as Meotogi Shrine, Zenryu-ji Temple, and Inari Kio Shrine are within 600-800 metres. The surrounding area is quiet, with numerous convenience stores and Korean BBQ restaurants within a short stroll. Guests have noted that the walk to trains feels longer after a day of sightseeing.

The building has two floors, each with five private rooms that lock from inside and outside. Each room is compact, fitting two large suitcases plus a sofa. The twin room includes two beds, a sofa, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a balcony with clothing racks for drying. The shared bathroom and toilet on each floor (one each) are cleaned daily but may experience moisture and odour issues due to older plumbing. The metal-framed bunk bed designs have been described as creaky, so light sleepers may find noise from other guests disruptive, especially given thin walls and echoing in hallways. A kettle is provided in some rooms.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building. Air conditioning and heating are provided in rooms. The property has wheelchair-accessible features including a lower bathroom sink, raised toilet, and grab rails. The shared bathroom and hallway are cleaned daily. Luggage storage is available before check-in but not after checkout. Check-in and check-out are self-service via remote instructions. There is no lift-access to upper rooms is via a narrow staircase. The building is non-smoking throughout. A security alarm and smoke alarms are fitted.
