1 RAMO GRIMANI, Venice

The property occupies a prime central position on a quiet street near Campo Santa Maria Formosa, offering easy access to all major landmarks. Doge's Palace, La Fenice Theatre, and the Bridge of Sighs are all within a 4-11 minute walk. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away, reachable by water taxi or Alilaguna water bus. Venezia Santa Lucia train station is 2 km on foot, best navigated on foot or by vaporetto. The area is pedestrian-only, with no vehicle access, making a water taxi the only practical motorised transport from the airport or station. Several restaurants and a minimarket are within a 3-minute walk.

Actual floorplan varies based on availability. Options include a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit sleeping up to 5 guests across 3 single beds (no sofa bed for a fifth person), and a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for 2 guests. All units feature a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, plus air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift). Rooms are noted for being spacious for Venice standards but some furniture is older and some bathrooms have reported issues with showers and drainage. The unit is generally quiet at night due to its position on a small street away from main foot traffic.

Guests can self-cater using the kitchen's refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A minimarket on site sells basic groceries and snacks. Several restaurants, including Osteria al Pozzo Roverso and Ristorante Antica Sacrestia, are within a 3-minute walk. The nearby area also features a variety of Venetian eateries and casual dining options.

The apartment does not include a spa, gym, pool, or wellness area. The surrounding area provides opportunities for walking tours, boating excursions, and exploring nearby museums, including the Ca' d'Oro and the Frari Basilica.

Key services include 24-hour security, a shared lounge and TV area, and a shared kitchen. A barber/beauty shop and minimarket are on site. The property has a strict no-pets policy and is entirely non-smoking. Heating is provided, and the building features key-access security. Luggage storage is available for late departures, and a private check-in process is handled via appointment with the host.
