The ground-floor unit has two bedrooms and direct garden access, while the basement apartment also features two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining corner. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Kitchens are fully fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and toaster, plus a washing machine and dryer. The sleeping configuration is either two or three beds per unit, making the space comfortable for up to four adults.
