The immediate neighbourhood has Roselands Shopping Centre (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi) within a short walk, making grocery and convenience shopping very easy. An ice-skating rink is also in the surrounding area.

The property has one living room, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower and free toiletries. The master beds are queen-size. The well-fitted kitchen includes a gas oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and all utensils - plus a dining table. The air-conditioned home features a flat-screen TV, washing machine, dryer, private entrance, seating area, and pool views from the main living zone. Flooring is carpeted in bedrooms. The home feels spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding provided. Families of five or six will find enough room and beds. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

Meals are prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (gas oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, all cookware and cutlery). The dining table seats the group. For groceries, Roselands Shopping Centre - with Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi - is within a short walk, making self-catering very convenient. Several local cafes and takeaway options are also within walking distance.

The pool is the standout leisure feature - it is a good size, fenced for safety, and open all year. Access is from 7 am to 7 pm daily. The surrounding garden is well-kept with flowers and trees, and the terrace provides outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining. An ice-skating rink is also located in the nearby area for additional recreation.

Parking is a strong advantage: free private parking is available on-site with no reservation needed. WiFi is free throughout. Reception services are limited to private check-in/out and invoice provision; there is no front desk, so arrival must be coordinated with the host.
