Hatonomachidori Shopping Street is a 6-minute walk, and Senso-ji Temple, the Samurai & Ninja Museum and Aizome Museum are all within reach on foot or by a short train ride. A 7-Eleven convenience store is close by, and izakaya, ramen shops and a large supermarket are found around Hikifune Station.

Each room features tatami flooring with futon mattresses, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and free toiletries. The triple room sleeps 3 on futons and includes a wardrobe, electric kettle, dressing room and flat-screen TV. The quadruple room sleeps 4 on futons and has a terrace with quiet street views. The spacious family room sleeps up to 7 on futons and includes a balcony with quiet street views; when travelling with luggage, a group of 5 will feel more comfortable. All rooms have a washing machine, and a clothes dryer and hangars are provided. Additional practical amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sofa and board games. The property provides both heating and air conditioning throughout, and it is non-smoking.

The guest house does not have its own kitchen or dining facilities; guests prepare meals using the in-room microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle or eat out.
