The cabin sits at the top of a paved mountain road that is safe and straightforward to drive, even for sedans. It is a short drive to all local attractions: 7 km to Dollywood and Dolly Parton's Stampede, 10 km to The Grand Majestic Theater, and 18 km to Ober Gatlinburg. McGhee Tyson Airport is 64 km away. Free private parking on site accommodates up to 4 cars with a large, flat lot. For those without a car, the area is car-dependent, but the location provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The cabin sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms: the master suite features a panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains, the second and third bedrooms offer partial views, and the loft area near one bedroom also has mountain views. Two bedrooms have 55-inch TVs; the third has a loft with another 55-inch TV. All bathrooms are located on the second floor and lower level, accessible only by stairs. The master bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower and bath. The open-plan living room, family room, and fully equipped kitchen (with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, and essentials) are well-suited for relaxing and cooking meals. The cabin is air-conditioned, has heating, and is non-smoking throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, a full coffee pot, and a Keurig with coffee supplied. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are available. The dining area seats the whole group. Since breakfast is not served and there is no restaurant, guests rely on the kitchen or nearby restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within a short drive.

The cabin features a hot tub on the deck with mountain views, a spa lounge and relaxation area, and a sun terrace. Indoors, the games room has a pool table and table tennis, plus board games and video games. The large wrap-around deck includes outdoor furniture and rocking chairs. For entertainment, the cabin also has a shared lounge/TV area. No swimming pool is available, but the spa and game options provide ample on-site leisure.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is free and private, with space for up to 4 cars on a flat surface; no reservation is needed. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, a security alarm, key access, and a safety deposit box. An invoice is provided at check-out.
