Shinjuku's main entertainment district is a 10-15 minute walk south, making this an efficient base for exploring central Tokyo. No parking is available, but the excellent rail access makes a car unnecessary.

Pods are arranged in open dormitories of about 50 capsules, partitioned by plastic walls with a curtain for privacy. The structure transmits sound easily; footsteps, snoring, and movement are audible. Ventilation inside the pod is limited, and capsules can become warm. The mattress is firm and thin. Each pod includes a power outlet and a light dimmer; no TV, USB port, or internal climate control. A daily amenity kit (pajamas, slippers, towel, toothbrush) is provided. Lockers are on a separate floor from the pods, so you need to fetch items before settling in. The pod is spacious enough to sit up and store a small bag. Non-smoking throughout.

The reception is manned around the clock and handles check-in/out efficiently. Separate male and female elevators ensure security. Lockers are QR-coded and secure but compact; oversized luggage can be stored in a separate room on request. A common lounge on the 8th floor offers panoramic city views and is open to all guests.
