AACHEN HOTEL, Liverpool

The hotel occupies a Georgian building on Mount Pleasant, placing you within a 5-10 minute walk of Liverpool Lime Street and Central rail stations. The city-centre shops, bars, and restaurants are all within a short stroll. Despite the central location, the property sits on a quieter street, offering a balance between accessibility and relative calm. The Philharmonic Hall, both cathedrals, and the Albert Dock area are all within a 15-25 minute walk. Public parking is available at the Mount Pleasant NCP car park, 250 m away. For those arriving by air, the 86A bus from the airport stops on Hardman Street, parallel to Mount Pleasant.

The hotel offers a range of room types, including Single, Double, Twin, and Apartment rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, and towels provided. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, a trouser press/ironing board, iron, and heating. The Apartment features a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a sofa and dining table. Certain rooms have been recently renovated to a modern standard, while others retain a more traditional older feel. Some Double rooms are compact; the Twin and Apartment rooms offer more space. Noise from corridors and adjacent rooms can be audible, particularly in rooms near the stairwell. Road-facing rooms may experience some street noise, but the area is generally quiet for a city-centre location.
