The property is a private farmstead with easy access to Fredericksburg's Main Street (16 minutes) and Luckenbach (9 minutes). It sits in wine country, close to 69 wineries and Altstadt Brewery. Bankersmith, with its restaurant, live music, and baby goat feeding, is 5 minutes away. Grapetown Vineyards (polo club, wine safari tours) is 6 minutes away. For outdoor recreation, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area (hiking, stargazing) is a 27 km drive, and Old Tunnel State Park (bat colony viewing) is 9 minutes from the property. Uber rides are available but should be scheduled in advance for winery tours.

Each cabin (Gold Country, Hill Country, North Country, Sunshine) is a private suite with a queen bed, private bathroom, and a cowboy kitchenette stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. The Hill Country Suite has an in-room Jacuzzi tub; the North Country Suite is closest to the shared hot tub. The Sunshine Cabin features its own private porch, while Gold Country has its own patio. La Casita is a separate luxury suite with a private entrance, separate living room, kitchenette, private hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The Farmhouse sleeps 12 in four bedrooms with four bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, walk-in showers, indoor/outdoor dining, and a private fire pit area.

Each cabin suite comes with a supply of breakfast items-homemade German sausage puff pastry, pastries, pancakes, cheese, juice, and nighttime snacks-all stored in the in-room kitchenette for self-preparation. A complimentary bottle of wine is also provided. For those staying three or more days, breakfast supplies are replenished every three days. There is no restaurant on site, but Bankersmith (5 minutes away) offers a full bar and food, and downtown Fredericksburg (15 minutes) has dozens of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and a brewpub.

The property features a spacious seven-person hot tub with hill country views, ideal for stargazing and wildlife watching. Sun loungers are available, and a spa and wellness centre is accessible on site. The large outdoor patio and two-tiered backyard at the Farmhouse include a fire pit, barbecue grill, and outdoor games. Hiking is available on the property and in nearby state parks. The highlight of the stay is the animal experience: feeding and petting Lorenzo the llama and the mini donkeys Espresso and Latte (complimentary treat bag provided). The property also offers a sun terrace and an outdoor fireplace.

WiFi is available free of charge in all rooms. Free private parking is provided on site with no reservation needed. The property offers express check-in/check-out, VIP check-in/out, and luggage storage. No airport shuttle is available. The entire farm is adults-only, with children only permitted when staying in the Farmhouse or booking the whole property. There is a designated smoking area, and exterior security cameras are in place for safety. The property is not staffed on site, but phone assistance is available for emergencies. The Farmhouse has a roll-in shower with handrails and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the mother-in-law suite.
