A L'ADRESSE DU CENTRE-VILLE, Montreal

The property sits on a quiet street lined with typical Victorian houses, yet the Berri-UQAM metro station is less than 5 minutes on foot, giving direct lines to all parts of the city and the airport. Most major attractions, including Place des Arts and the Museum of Contemporary Art, are within a 15-minute walk. The Latin Quarter, with its bars and restaurants, is just around the corner, and a grocery store and several dining options are within a block. Old Montreal is also a comfortable walk away, making a car unnecessary for most visitors.

The property provides a variety of room configurations: some with private bathrooms, others with access to a large, well-maintained shared bathroom that many find convenient. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, a work desk, wardrobe, and hairdryer. The rooms are described as comfortable and clean, with some offering garden views. Ground-floor rooms are available and some are street-facing, though the street is quiet. Ironing facilities are available on request. A communal refrigerator is accessible for all stays.

Breakfast is a daily highlight, featuring homemade items such as bread, pastries, jams and fresh fruit. It is served in a cozy dining room where guests gather around one large table, creating a lively atmosphere. The host, Nathalie, regularly checks on preferences and provides recommendations for activities and dining. There is no restaurant on-site for other meals, but the immediate neighbourhood (Latin Quarter) offers pubs, Vietnamese restaurants and a diner within a 5-minute walk. A grocery store is also one block away.

High-speed WiFi is free and very fast (619 Mbps), suitable for streaming 4K content or video calls with multiple devices. A terrace with outdoor furniture, a shared lounge and TV area, and a communal refrigerator are accessible. Luggage storage is available free of charge, and express check-in/out streamlines arrival and departure. The property offers cots on request but does not allow pets. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and smoke alarms.
