The reception is on Level 3 of Plaza 138, inside the Hotel Maya building - the entrance and lifts can be confusing at first. The location is excellent for exploring the KLCC area on foot: Petronas Twin Towers are about 5-10 minutes away, and the Suria KLCC shopping mall is 700 metres from the property. The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is less than 1 km away. Several metro stations are within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city without a car. The surrounding area has a lively mix of restaurants, shops and nightlife, including Pelita Nasi Kandar, Hard Rock Cafe and WET Deck.

Rooms are spacious - the double, twin, family and studio options all have air conditioning, a seating area, wardrobe, safe, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and electric kettle. Some rooms feature a hot tub or bathtub, while others only have a shower. The property uses parts of the Hotel Maya building, and certain rooms can be connected (studio king + heritage king). While some rooms are well-maintained, others have recurring issues: stained or dusty bedding/pillows, broken furniture, faulty toilet flush, noisy air conditioning, and unhygienic bathrooms (sewage smell, cockroaches). Rooms facing the construction site or cemetery may have reduced privacy and street noise. For a more reliable stay, request a recently updated room, and inspect the room on arrival.

Breakfast is available daily for an additional charge of 55 MYR per person - a continental buffet with bread, pastries and hot drinks. The on-site restaurant also offers halal American, Malaysian, local and Asian dishes for lunch and dinner. A coffee house, bar, and vending machine for snacks are also available. The surrounding area has many dining options within a short walk - including Pelita Nasi Kandar (24-hour), NZ Curry House and Hard Rock Cafe - which can be useful for those who prefer a wider selection or more casual meals.
