The apartment is in Nice City Centre on Avenue Jean Medecin, 400 meters from the center. Nice-Ville Train Station is a short walk, and buses connect to major spots. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km away. You can easily reach the Promenade des Anglais, Vieux Nice, and Musée Chagall on foot.

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM (early check-in costs 20 euros). Keys are collected from a lock box a few streets away. Entry to the building uses a magnetic key (a yellow and gray oval charm) tapped over the door panel. The apartment key opens the unit. Communication with hosts is via Booking.com messaging (virtual concierge). A damage deposit of 25% of rent is required and refunded weeks after departure.
