The property sits on a main street yet remains quiet inside, with the bedroom facing an inner courtyard. The Alcazaba and Malaga Roman Theatre are 8-10 minutes on foot, and Malaga Cathedral and Malaga Park are within a 12-minute walk. La Malagueta Beach is 2 km away (a 20-minute walk), and the Port of Malaga is 4 km from the apartment. Malaga Airport is 10 km distant; a taxi from the airport is a practical option, and María Zambrano Train Station is about 25 minutes on foot. The surrounding area has many cafés, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without a car.

The apartment sleeps up to four: one bedroom with a very comfortable bed and the living room sofa bed (best suited for children or shorter adults). The bedroom is separated from the living area and kitchen by curtains, providing some privacy. The bathroom is private with a shower, free toiletries, hair dryer, and extras like conditioner and sunscreen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee maker, cookware, and basic pantry items such as oil, vinegar, salt, and spices. A washing machine with laundry capsules and a drying rack are also provided. The air conditioning and heating work well, and the apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Despite being on a main street, the inner-courtyard view keeps the interior quiet, though the balcony orientation means the apartment is a bit darker inside.

There is no dining facility within the property, so meals are self-prepared or taken in the surrounding area. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, a stovetop, microwave, and fridge, plus welcome provisions such as coffee, tea, olive oil, and spices.
