Hotel Details

Location

Right at the edge of the old town, this apartment offers a 5-10 minute walk to the Cathedral, Turia Gardens, and the Basilica.

The location is exceptionally central, with a 9.3 rating. Jardines de Monforte is a 9-minute walk away, Turia Gardens is 700 metres off, and the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados is 500 metres from the property. The Cathedral is only a 5-10 minute stroll. Bus stop is 30 metres from the door, with metro 7 minutes on foot - both connecting to the Oceanogràfic, Bioparc, and Valencia Airport (9 km away). González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and Decorative Arts is 6 minutes away, and the Church of Saint Nicolás is less than 1 km. The street itself is quiet, ensuring rest despite the prime central location.

Accommodation

A spacious one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and one bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker (no electric kettle). The kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. Large windows on two sides let in plenty of natural light, and the apartment is described as spacious for two with ample storage. The modern IKEA-level furnishings and good A/C contribute to a comfortable stay. The bedroom and living area are well separated, offering more privacy than a studio.

Dining

Full kitchen facilities allow self-catering, while several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, and cookware, making self-catering easy. Several dining options are just 0.5 km away, including Don Fili, Restaurante Lienzo, Meeting Point, and Cinnamon Restaurant. La Riua is 0.5 km distant. For a wider choice, the historic centre with many more restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés is only about a 5-minute walk. Note that no electric kettle is provided, so boiling water requires the stove.

Leisure

Turia Gardens is 700 metres away for outdoor relaxation, and windsurfing and golf are available nearby for a fee.

Turia Gardens, a large green park, is just a 700-metre walk, ideal for jogging, cycling, or strolling. For more active leisure, windsurfing can be arranged off-site for an additional charge, and a golf course is within 3 km (also for a fee). The central location also puts you within walking distance of the historic Old Town, shopping streets, and cultural attractions like the Cathedral and the Museum of Ceramics.
